{"id":3216,"date":"2025-03-27T15:38:50","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T14:38:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.joppy.me\/?p=3216"},"modified":"2025-03-27T16:15:25","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T15:15:25","slug":"te-presentamos-nuestro-novelo-modelo-hiring-as-a-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.joppy.me\/es\/te-presentamos-nuestro-novelo-modelo-hiring-as-a-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Te presentamos nuestro nuevo modelo: Hiring as a Service"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde hace unos d\u00edas hemos lanzado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joppy.me\/employers\">un nuevo modelo<\/a> para trabajar con Joppy (<em>Hiring as a Service<\/em><strong> <\/strong>&#8211; HaaS)&nbsp; que ahora quer\u00edamos presentarte.&nbsp; Pero para explicarte el modelo, es m\u00e1s importante detallar el porqu\u00e9 lo hemos creado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Llevamos 7 a\u00f1os en el Recruiting Tech y hay varias cosas que no nos encajan del sector. Pero hay 2 que creemos obligan a proponer cosas de forma diferente:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por un lado los <em>Fees<\/em> por contrataci\u00f3n muy altos del sector cobrando entre un 15-22% en Espa\u00f1a del sueldo anual bruto (y en centro\/norte de Europa estos % pueden crecer al 25-30%). M\u00e1ximo respeto a los que facturan esos servicios pero la factura es m\u00e1s que considerable y no se ajusta a la realidad de presupuestos de las empresas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por otro lado, el \u201criesgo\u201d econ\u00f3mico que coge una empresa cuando contrata a un perfil. Por muy bien que haya ido el proceso de entrevistas, siempre hay un riesgo que el candidato se vaya a los pocos meses o que t\u00fa veas que al final no encaja en el equipo. Pero en cualquiera de estas 2 situaciones ya has pagado la factura de contrataci\u00f3n al inicio y ya no se te devuelve con lo que el coste asociado es muy alto.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por estos motivos decidimos crear el HaaS (<em>Hiring as a Service<\/em>) ,<strong> un modelo en el cu\u00e1l compartimos ese riesgo econ\u00f3mico en la contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfY c\u00f3mo hacemos eso? <strong>En vez de cobrarte todo el fee al inicio,&nbsp;te ofrecemos un fee mensualizado (1,25%) durante 12 meses, compartiendo el riesgo en la contrataci\u00f3n ya que solo te cobraremos la mensualidad si el candidato sigue en la compa\u00f1\u00eda&nbsp;y diluyendo adem\u00e1s el coste de los fees del servicio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed es como funciona: pagas un 1,25% del sueldo anual del candidato durante un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 12 meses.&nbsp; Pero a modo de ejemplo, si el candidato en el mes 4 desde su incorporaci\u00f3n decide abandonar la empresa (o t\u00fa decides prescindir de \u00e9l\/ella) pagar\u00e1s solo el tiempo de su permanencia: 1,25% x 4 meses = 5% sin m\u00e1s coste que ese.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y siendo totalmente transparentes, es cierto que al final de este periodo de pago acabar\u00e1s pagando un 15% (1,25% x 12 mensualidades) pero con 2 detalles muy importantes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El candidato contratado habr\u00e1 pasado 1 a\u00f1o en tu empresa y con su periodo de formaci\u00f3n y onboarding acabado ya habr\u00e1 tra\u00eddo beneficios a tu empresa con su trabajo con lo que habr\u00e1s conseguido traer ese talento buscado y que haya sido un \u00e9xito . Para nosotros el mejor indicador de que una contrataci\u00f3n funciona es que el candidato siga trabajando contigo. Es el mayor dato objetivo del \u00e9xito en la contrataci\u00f3n y pagar por ello habr\u00e1 funcionado muy positivamente.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A nivel de caja y de coste,&nbsp; habr\u00e1s pagado una peque\u00f1a cuant\u00eda cada mes (1,25% del sueldo anual) con lo que a nivel de \u201ccaja\u201d para tu empresa ese gasto se habr\u00e1 ido pagando mensualmente muy poco a poco. Para las empresas cuidar la caja es lo m\u00e1s importante y este modelo os ayuda claramente en ello.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <a href=\"http:\/\/www.joppy.me\">Joppy<\/a> conf\u00edamos mucho en el talento y en la calidad del match (solo el 3% de nuestras empresas usan nuestra garant\u00eda y nuestros candidatos de media se quedan casi 2 a\u00f1os y medio)&nbsp; pero siempre hay un peque\u00f1o riesgo y en este caso este modelo busca ayudarte y compartir ese riesgo financiero contigo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y adem\u00e1s, para hacerlo a\u00fan m\u00e1s interesante,<strong> este modelo tiene asociado una garant\u00eda de 12 meses, la m\u00e1s alta del sector<\/strong>.
